The Challenge: An Empty Industrial Space The starting point was a bare-bones warehouse: exposed ceilings, unfinished walls, and no defined layout. While the space had size and potential, it lacked the structure, flow, and finishes required for a professional training facility.
The Transformation Process Our team worked step by step to bring the gym to life: Framing & Drywall – We built out walls to create functional training areas, private offices, and locker spaces. Flooring Solutions – Durable, high-performance flooring was installed to handle heavy foot traffic and training intensity. Lighting & Atmosphere – Bright, modern lighting replaced the warehouse gloom, creating a clean, motivating environment. Training Areas – We customized open spaces with mat zones, equipment sections, and heavy bag installations to support a variety of martial arts disciplines. Finishing Touches – Lounge areas, painted walls, and polished trim gave the gym a professional yet welcoming feel.
